PBAP – tax advisory for business

PBAP is different from other tax advisory entities. Our general principle is to provide customers with professional counsel in tax matters in order to ensure that all their activities does not abuse fiscal law in Poland. We also advise our contractors to optimize their settlements with polish tax authorities. On the other hand our endeavor concentrates strongly on the risk side of minimizing tax burden. We are convinced that our close relationship with customers would let us encounter and annihilate fiscal risks that could have negative impact on their finances and reputation.

As a relatively young law office we employ such aims as agility, bold responsiveness and innovation. But the most important premise of our legal practice is prudence and moderation when supporting taxable persons with certain expertise.

PBAP was established in eastern Poland near two Special Economic Zones (TSSE, MSSE). Thus, we can personally cooperate with entrepreneurs, which have decided perform their activity here.
